Most people are told their sliding door or window needs replacing. In the majority of cases it does not. A door that drags across the floor, jumps out of its track or needs a shoulder to close usually has one problem: worn rollers running on a damaged track. That is a hardware job, not a door job, and it is often less than 20% of what a replacement costs.

Yes. Bifold doors rely on top guides, pivots, hinges and carriers that wear or fall out of alignment over time. We replace the hardware and re-adjust the whole set so the panels fold and latch properly again. Timber and aluminium both.
